About Us

TRACKS Employment Services is a one-stop resource centre for Employment Ontario Services
TRACKS has been providing free employment services to the South Georgian Bay area since 1986. We help unemployed and underemployed individuals of all ages find and retain long-term, reliable employment. Employment Ontario programs, including Better Jobs, Employment Services, and the Canada Ontario Job Grant are all available at our location. Our office also offers the federal Opportunities Program for eligible participants.
We recognize and honor the Indigenous Peoples of the lands we currently inhabit. Take a moment to appreciate the significance of the territories we each consider home, recognizing the centuries during which Indigenous Peoples have rightfully served as natural stewards.
This acknowledgment is a testament to our dedication and responsibility to strengthen relationships between Nations and deepen our understanding of local Indigenous Peoples and their cultures. From coast to coast to coast, we pay tribute to the ancestral and unceded Territory of all Inuit, Métis, and First Nations people who inhabit this land.
Kindly pause for reflection, acknowledging the profound impact of residential schools and colonialism on Indigenous families and communities. Consider how, in our unique ways, we can collectively progress with a commitment to Reconciliation and foster opportunities for collaboration.
