Job Description |
Ø Successful completion of Certificate of Qualification Electrical License (309A) or equivalency
Ø Some knowledge of electronics and PLCs an asset Ø 2 or 3 year college diploma in Electrical / Electronics an asset Ø Thorough understanding of Canadian Electrical Safety Code Ø Understanding of electrical schematics Ø Competent with conduit installations, routing, fittings, hangers, bending etc. Ø Experience with lay out of electrical installations of feeders and distribution Ø Layout of control panels and wiring from a schematic Ø Proficient and safe use of a variety of hand and power tools Ø Excellent troubleshooting skills Ø Ability to use electrical troubleshooting instruments such as meggar, digital voltmeter, amprobe, etc. |
