Job Description

Providing an excellent customer service experience (for both in-store and online customers) from our new Hurontaio street, Collingwood retail location.
Driving sales force behind the retail store.
Inventory management at store and warehouse.
Managing customer inquiries via e-mail and telephone.
Assist in fulfilling Canadian, USA and international e-commerce orders, returns and exchanges.
Provide customers with excellent product knowledge
Availability to attend pop up events at festivals and tournaments.
Ensure sales floor is clean, organized and well merchandised at all times.
Available to assist with Biion events outside of store hours, where needed.
Must be available evenings and weekends
Fast moving brand, prospective evolution in roles depending on candidates abilities.
Roles for mid level and senior staff on offer.

Qualifications:

Customer service / Warehouse / Retail / Ecommerce / Wholesale or shopify all considered a plus.
General IT skills needed: MS office & Excel.
