It’s 6 days of work, roughly 35 hours total, including set up and training on Tuesday May 31, and pays $700 plus staff benefits such as access to screenings off-shift.

Job Description

The inaugural Blue Mountain Film Festival, June 1 to 5, will showcase 25 International and Canadian films in the magical setting of Blue Mountain, screening films in 2 screening rooms at the Village Conference Centre. We are looking for 2 friendly and detail-oriented Customer Service Box Office Attendants to work with the Operations Manager, front of house staff, and volunteers and assist guests to get tickets to festival screenings. Guests will be able to purchase tickets on their mobile devices through the BMFF website using the Eventive sales platform and be scanned for direct entry, or if it’s easier for them, the Customer Service staff can process and print tickets on the spot.
 

Qualifications:

Customer service experience, ability to quickly learn box office software and procedures, attention to detail, works well with minimal supervision.
