Job Description |
We’re looking for someone who is reliable, willing to learn and take direction, works well with others and communicates respectfully. The ideal candidate would supply their own tool belt with a hammer, tape measure, and utility knife. Steel toes are a must as we prioritize safety!
We don’t have a Covid vaccination policy but ask that our job sites maintain professionalism and respect by not sharing opinions regarding the politics surrounding Covid. Our days are typically 8 to 9 hours and start at 7am. You must have your own transportation to the job site. As custom home builders we are typically at sites for extended periods of time, so the locations won’t change frequently. Family is a priority to us. We don’t want our employees missing out of their children’s activities and respect that when we plan our projects. Weekend work is rare because of this.
