Job Title: Office Administrator/Bookkeeper Assistant
Work Hours: 9:00-5:00 pm
Wage: $39,500-$42,000

Job Description

We are seeking an Office Administrator/Bookkeeper to report to the Business Manager, to provide accounting and administrative support.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Balance and maintain accurate ledgers
  • Coordinate bank deposits
  • Communicate/coordinate with suppliers and managers
  • Pay supplier invoices
  • Prepare and file scheduled tax filings
  • Manage payroll
  • Provide general office support (e.g. filing management, scanning, sort incoming mail, answer and direct phone calls)
  • Perform other duties as required

 

Qualifications: The ideal candidate must be well organized, proactive, hard-working and should be able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
