Role:
The role of the Office Assistant is to assist the Office Assistant Lead and the Office Manager in the day to day running of the office, with a special emphasis on confirming purchase orders.  The Office Assistant reports directly to the Office Manager.

Responsibilities:
-Answering phones
-Confirming orders
-Customer communication regarding orders
-Data entry
-Filing
-Copying
-Additional duties as assigned by Management.

Requirements:
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills
-Strong computer skills
-Able to work a flexible schedule.
-More hours Spring/Summer, and less hours Fall/Winter
