• Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently during checkout.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workspace and display areas.
• Collaborate with team members on larger projects or events requiring multiple arrangements.
• Stay updated on floral trends, techniques, and seasonal offerings to enhance design skills.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in floral design or a related field is preferred.
• Strong sales skills with the ability to engage customers effectively.
• Knowledge of garden plants, landscape maintenance, and floral care techniques.
• Excellent organizational skills to manage inventory and workspace efficiently.
• Proficient in English for effective communication with customers and team members.
• Experience with cashiering and cash handling procedures is a plus.
• Familiarity with e-commerce platforms for online sales is desirable but not mandatory.
