Contract length: 4 months

Part-time hours: 12-40 per week – Thursday – Sunday

 

Wage:

Salary: From $18.50 per hour

Additional pay: End of season Bonus for completion of contract

Job Description

This position assists at the Front Desk and performs advanced supervisory membership service.  They assist Members by getting them set up for the season with new badges, guest passes and lockers and providing lodge tours when necessary.  Also responsible for assisting with guest reservations, issuance of terrain park passes, selling lift tickets, processing Child Inactive Memberships and preparing corporate group tickets. They also assist Members and Guests with their questions and concerns.  Work involves professional and accurate service in a safe manner in accordance with Club policies, Health & Safety Regulations as well as COVID 19 protocols.

Duties & Responsibilities:

–        Works under the direction of the Membership Experience Manager

–        Works closely with all Departments to ensure the best mountain experience for Members, Guests and Employees

–        Maintain an open and trustworthy relationship with respect to communication amongst Staff and Management

–        Complies with applicable policies and procedures of The Georgian Peaks Club

–        Accurately sell guest and group tickets by recording, tracking and reconciling daily ticket sales

Qualifications:

Qualifications:

Experience using Salesforce, tracking and reporting data

Ability to work well with a wide range of people and provide excellent customer service

Ability to handle multiple tasks in a high paced setting with ease

Experience in a private club setting would be beneficial

Must be able to work weekends and holidays during ski season

Essential Skills:

Excellent customer service skills and strong mathematical skills

Knowledge of Jonas system would be an asset

Maintain accurate records for daily ticket sales and keep guest tracking up to date to ensure that no on exceeds their maximum guest visits

Assist with duties as required and ensure that filing and workspace is kept clean and tidy

Up to date knowledge of Club’s events, corporate groups and the Club’s Health & Safety programs and protocols required

Able to plan, assign and/or supervise the work of others and coordinate and direct the membership experience

Ability to communicate effectively with others

A minimum of three years at a similar role
