 GARDEN CENTRE ASSOCIATE
EMPLOYMENT DATES:We are looking for energetic customer focused employees to work in the Garden Center at a national retailer.  We offer flexible day shifts (mornings or afternoons) and full time or part time hours!  Attractive hourly rate.
Job Description:
You will be responsible for the day-to-day care, stocking and merchandising of product within the garden center while interacting with and assisting customers.  (Not responsible for cash).Responsibilities:

  • Watering, culling, and caring for plant inventory (primarily flowers and vegetables)
  • Moving plant inventory from grower’s racks to the retail floor
  • Stocking and merchandising plants in accordance with merchandising guidelines and ensuring pricing signage accuracy

Qualifications:

 Requirements:

  • Reliable transportation
  • Smart Phone
  • Ability to work outside and lift garden center products
  • Steel-toed shoes/boots
  • Prior work experience in Retail, Merchandising, or Customer Service is an asset but not required
