Seeking a tech-savvy person to become a team member of The Clever Office & our diverse clients – We will train the right candidate. The Clever Office is where entrepreneurs and self-starters come for administrative support. Every day we help our clients & their customers – We all have a great day when working together for great communication, whether that communication entails filling out contact information & booking appointments, or providing information about services over the phone, sending notices and reminders, or sharing motivation & information on social media.
As a growing small business, The Clever Office is seeking a like-minded person to support reception. This is a great opportunity for someone who is adaptable, computer-savvy IF YOU…. Can answer the phone, type well, are tech-savvy, and an extrovert, those are all the key requirements of this part-time position and we’d love to hear from you. Admin/ Reception Duties:
