We’re looking for Personal Support Workers who are passionate about making a meaningful impact in the lives of seniors and their families. Job Duties: – Provide personal care and support to clients, including assistance with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, grooming). – Offer companionship and foster genuine connections with clients to enhance their emotional well-being. -Assist with exercises and mobility needs. – Maintain clear communication with clients’ families and utilizing strong relationship building skills. – Keep everyone informed by completing shift reports, offering real-time updates and peace of mind. – Support clients in maintaining a clean and safe living environment, including light housekeeping and meal preparation. – Adaptable scheduling to maintain consistency in care and adapt to changing client needs.
