Job Description |
*Oversee all in-store operations, supervise employees and make sure the customers are given the best service at all times. **Assisting customers throughout the refillery process. Knowing the Products is a must – don’t worry, we will train you! This includes explaining how to use the product, weighing containers, filling containers and then checking out the customer. *Assigning tasks to employees *Open & Close the shop *Restock, Receive, Input and Price Inventory *Ensure the Refillery has adequate inventory, this includes updating our Inventory logs and alerting your regional manager when you need inventory *Merchandise products / layout and flow of the shop *Holiday Window Displays / Get Creative! *Product pick and Post on social media *Check emails – respond to inquiries *Record staff hours and keep track of schedule for payroll *Research products *Populate a weekly social media calendar. This includes researching new and exciting innovations and or local events. *Test + Review products for product knowledge *Count key inventory once a week (Full store inventory quarterly) *Pre-Label + Fill containers *Deposit cash to a machine once a week (Fill out deposit slips) *Chasing and fulfilling wholesale Opportunities: local businesses, air bnb’s, VRBO’s etc. *Canva knowledge – signage & labels / instagram posts *Marketing – local magazines and newspapers / markets – events – stay on top of what’s going on in your community and be aware of advertising options *Come to work with a positive and happy attitude – lead by example *Daily check in with the regional manager |
