30-40 hours/week

Job Description

• assist installers and crew with daily roofing tasks
• load, unload, and move materials on-site (must be comfortable with lifting heavy items 80lbs +)
• tear-off old roofing materials and dispose of debris
• set up ladders, safety equipment and job site tools

Installers

• install roofing systems (shingles, underlayment, flashing, etc)
• measure, cut, and fit materials accurately
• work safely at heights and in various weather conditions.
• identify and fix roofing issues as needed
• ensure high- quality workmanship on all jobs
• work efficiently as part of a team to meet deadlines

Supervisor

• oversee daily job site operations and crew performance
• coordinate materials, schedules, and job timelines
• ensure all work meets company quality standards
• enforce safety regulations, and proper procedures
• train, guide, and support labourers and installers
• communicate with clients and management as needed.

Qualifications:

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Working at Heights certification (or willingness to obtain)
• Basic tool knowledge
• Comfortable with working at heights
• Able to lift heavy materials
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
