Job Title: Client Services – Summer Student Position
Work Hours: Full-Time

Job Description

Tracks (Employment and Resource Services) is a not for profit organization providing programs and services to individuals seeking employment/training and supporting employers with their hiring needs. Tracks, (ERS), is an Employment Ontario Service Provider funded by the province of Ontario (MLTSD) and delivery agent for Youth Employment Strategy program funded by Employment and Social Development Canada.

Client Services Position: Supporting the Information and Resource department

  • Provide quality customer service to the public seeking program and service information
  • Operate multi line phone system, directing calls and taking messages
  • Assist with creating, developing and maintaining agency social media accounts - posting, responses, etc. (Twitter, Facebook, Instagram)
  • Update job board and job listings
  • Provide computer support to participants accessing services: online job search resources/resume development
  • Schedule in office appointments for Agency services
  • Provide administrative support, creating forms, photocopying, faxing, etc.
  • Collect daily statistics on services provided and client feedback
  • Promote agency programs and services to the public
  • Other duties as assigned
 

Qualifications:

Skills required:

  • Strong customer service, communication skills
  • Demonstrate flexibility in duties and roles assigned
  • Administrative Skill; Computer Knowledge and application skills navigating social media platforms
  • Ability to work as part of a team
  • Candidate should be a student interested in social services or related
