What You’ll Do
As a Packaging Operator, you’ll work primarily on our canning and kegging lines to ensure our beverages are safely and efficiently packaged according to quality standards. The main responsibilities include:

• Operate canning and kegging equipment
• Monitor packaging line for quality and efficiency
• Perform routine quality checks (fill levels, seams, labels, etc.)
• Assist with loading, unloading, and stacking packaged product
• Follow cleaning and sanitation protocols in the packaging area
• Support warehouse activities related to packaging as needed
• Maintain accurate records of packaging runs and any issues encountered
• Follow all environmental and health & safety guidelines
• Perform other duties as assigned

What to Expect

• Hands-on, physical work in a fast-paced production setting
• Some weeks may have more shifts than others depending on production needs
• Standing, walking, bending, and lifting are part of the daily routine

• Previous experience in a packaging or manufacturing environment is an asset
• Comfortable working on your feet and performing physical tasks
• Able to lift up to 25kg as needed
• Detail-oriented and safety-conscious
• Good communication skills and a team-focused attitude
• Must be legally permitted to work in Canada and of legal drinking age
• Availability to work a flexible schedule based on production needs
• Based in or near the Collingwood area
