Job Title: General Labourer – Masonry
Work Hours: Day shift, Monday to Thursday, 6:00 AM–4:00 PM
Wage: $18.00 – $24.00 per hour (based on experience)
Anticipated Start Date: Immediate
Location: Collingwood, ON & Surrounding Area
 

Job Description

 We are looking for a reliable and hardworking General Labourer to join our masonry team. The successful candidate will assist with various masonry and construction-related tasks on residential and commercial projects.

Responsibilities:

  • Move and transport bricks, blocks, mortar, and other materials on job sites
  • Assist masons with daily construction activities
  • Operate masonry saws and other basic construction tools safely
  • Measure and cut materials using a tape measure
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area
  • Follow site safety procedures and company policies
  • Perform other general labour duties as required
 

Qualifications:

 Requirements:

  • Some previous construction experience preferred
  • Ability to safely operate a saw and use a tape measure
  • Physically capable of lifting heavy materials and working outdoors in various weather conditions
  • Dependable, punctual, and willing to learn
  • Must possess a valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
  • Flexibility to work overtime or adjusted hours depending on project requirements

Schedule:

  • Typical hours between: 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM
  • Must be flexible based on project demands
