Job Title: Member Services Coordinator Assistant
Work Hours:

 

 Part-Time

  • Wednesday’s & Thursday’s – approx 12-6pm
  • Some potential flexibility with days of the week
Wage: $20.00-$22.00/hour

To be determined based on experience/skill set
Anticipated Start Date: September 1, 2026
Location: Collingwood, ON
Job Description:

 

 Looking for a part time assistant to our Member Services Coordinator. You are the central hub of our dynamic wellness centre.

  • Meet and greet clients and patients and help with admin questions
  • Help with promotion and marketing ideas and projects
  • Support therapy team and create an info eblast each month for one of the team members
  • Reply to phone, email and in-person requests for information
  • Give facility tours
Qualifications:
  • Interest in health and fitness is a requirement
  • Computer, interpersonal and multi-tasking skills
