Job Description |
KASE Body Works is looking for a friendly, outgoing, and client-focused individual to join our growing team as a Client Experience Coordinator. This role is perfect for someone who loves the beauty and wellness industry and enjoys creating a welcoming, high-end experience for every client.
What You’ll Do
- Greet and welcome clients with a warm, professional presence
- Guide clients through treatments and answer basic service questions
- Assist with treatment flow and client comfort
- Support booking, scheduling, and client follow-ups
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting spa environment
- Help create an exceptional overall client experience
- Nightly close up cleaning

- Strong people skills and a love of working with the public
- An outgoing, positive personality
- Interest in the beauty, wellness, or medical spa industry
- Comfortable using computers (training provided on our booking system, Jane)
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
