Work Hours:	Full-Time – Permanent 40 hours/week Morning, Day, Evening, Night & Weekend Shifts
Wage:	$18.00/hour

Job Description:	Determine the size of food portions and costs Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods Train staff in preparation, cooking and handling of food Order supplies and equipment Supervise kitchen staff and helpers Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment Manage kitchen operations
Qualifications:	Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience Criminal record check Own transportation Experience an asset Capabilities Attention to detail Work in fast-paced environment Handle heavy loads Physically demanding Standing for extended periods Work under pressure Personal suitability Dependability Excellent oral communication Flexibility Organized Reliability Team player Time management
