Customer Service Associate

15 to 20 hours per week

We are seeking a reliable and sales-oriented Customer Service Associate to join our growing team. As a Customer Service Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, completing sales pitches, and ensuring that vehicles are processed in a timely and safe manner. Duties:

• Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Assist customers with selecting the appropriate car wash package
• Perform Regular cleanings of car wash equipment, floors, walls, and parking lot
• Operate car wash equipment and machinery
• Perform pre-wash inspections to identify any damages or special requirements
• Ensure safe operation of car wash equipment
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and requests promptly and professionally

Supplemental Pay Types:

• Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred
• Knowledge of car wash equipment and procedures is a plus
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality results
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience working with hand tools is a plus
• Secondary School (preferred)
• Driving License (preferred)
• Steel Toe Footwear
