Labourer

7:30 am – 4:30 pm – Monday to Friday

We are hiring a Construction Labourer to assist with daily job-site operations, support skilled trades, and help keep projects running smoothly. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work, takes pride in quality workmanship, and wants to grow their skills in residential construction.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment
• Prepare and clean job sites at the start and end of each day
• Assist carpenters and other tradespeople with tasks as needed
• Perform general labour duties (carrying materials, debris removal, basic site prep)
• Operate basic hand tools and help with equipment setup
• Assist with installation of windows, doors, and siding when required
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area
• Follow all safety procedures and wear PPE at all times

• Ability to perform physically demanding work in all weather
• Previous construction or labour experience is an asset (not required)
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
• Able to follow instructions and work well in a team
• Reliable transportation to job sites
• Min. 2 Years construction experience
• Able to operate tools
