Job Title: General Labourer – Metal Fabrication
Work Hours: Full-Time

8:00-4:30 – Monday to Friday

Flexible for weekends if needed
Wage: $20.00-$25.00/hour, depending on experience
Anticipated Start Date: To be determined
Location: Clarksburg, ON
Job Description:

 

 We are looking for a reliable, punctual, and hardworking General Labourer to join our metal fabrication team. The successful candidate will be eager to learn and willing to develop skills in grinding and drilling metal.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with general shop and metal fabrication duties
  • Grind and drill metal plates, channels, and other steel materials
  • Measure, handle, and prepare metal materials as required
  • Keep the work area clean, organized, and safe
  • Follow instructions and workplace safety procedures
  • Assist with various shop tasks
  • Learn new skills and take on additional responsibilities as training progresses
Qualifications:

The ideal candidate is someone who shows up on time, works hard, pays attention to detail, and wants to learn. Experience is helpful, but a positive attitude and willingness to learn are just as important.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Willingness and eagerness to learn
  • Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Previous experience with grinding, drilling, or metal fabrication is an asset, but training will be provided
  • Welding experience is an asset
