Job Summary We are looking for a dependable and hardworking Technician to join our team. This role involves performing a variety of outdoor maintenance tasks including mowing, trimming, and seasonal cleanups. Ideal candidates enjoy working outdoors, are physically capable, and take pride in producing clean, consistent work.

Responsibilities

• Lawn mowing, trimming, edging, and blowing
• Spring and fall cleanups (leaf/debris removal)
• Aeration, dethatching, and other turf services
• Safe operation and maintenance of landscaping equipment
• Following daily job schedules and route assignments
• Ensuring properties are left clean and professional-looking
• Communicating effectively with team members and supervisors

Qualifications:

• Valid driver’s license (preferred)
• Ability to perform physical labour in outdoor conditions
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Attention to detail and quality of work
• Experience in lawn care or landscaping is an asset (not required)
• Ability to work up to 12-hour days in peak season
• Fluency in Spanish (preferred)
