Landscape Construction Labourer/Skilled Labourer

Job Description

Parklawn Landscaping is hiring general and skilled labourers to join our landscape construction team for the upcoming season.

We specialize in high-end residential projects, working on estate properties and premium real estate throughout the Collingwood area. Our work demands precision, efficiency, and pride in execution—and we’re looking for individuals who take that seriously.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Installing hardscape features including jumbo flagstone, patios, and retaining elements.
• Site prep and grading work.
• Assisting with concrete and timber-frame woodwork.
• Supporting installation of landscape features on high-end properties.
• Working closely within a small, tight-knit crew to execute projects efficiently
• Bonus (not required): Experience with landscape lighting or irrigation systems.

Position Details

• Full-time, seasonal (April–late fall)
• Typical hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Occasional extended days (up to ~6:00 PM) to complete projects.
• Work based in the Collingwood area (crew travels together to job sites).

Compensation

• $22–$27/hour, based on experience and performance.

Qualifications:

Experience:

• 1–3 years preferred, but not required

Requirements

• Reliable transportation to our shop each morning.
• Driver’s license and clean abstract (preferred).
• Ability to work full days outdoors in varying conditions.
