This is not a “watch-the-floor” management position. You’ll be trusted as a hands-on leader and business partner, working directly with ownership to drive team culture and guest experience.

Kitchen Savvy blends heartfelt hospitality with modern systems. We serve our community through dine-in, takeout, catering, and a curated marketplace featuring local beer, wine, and seltzers.

YOUR IMPACT AS RESTAURANT MANAGER

  • Acting as the day-to-day leader who sets the tone for culture and performance

COMPENSATION & PERKS

Qualifications:

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

  • 2+ years of restaurant management experience
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Proven experience with inventory control, ordering, and budgets
  • Solid knowledge of food safety standards
  • Flexible availability (evenings and weekends required)
