Job Description |
We are looking for a detail-oriented and dependable individual to join our cleaning team. This is a casual position with a consistent daytime schedule and the opportunity to increase hours as the business grows.
Key Responsibilities: Floor Care: Perform thorough sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming across various floor surfaces. Sanitization: Clean and disinfect restrooms, kitchens, bathrooms and common areas. Dusting & Detailing: Maintain surfaces, baseboards, and fixtures to ensure a high standard of cleanliness. Waste Management: Empty trash bins and replace liners as needed. Physical Labor: Must be able to perform repetitive tasks and handle lifting up to 50lbs (e.g., moving equipment or heavy waste bags). |

Qualifications: |
Reliability: Proven track record of punctuality and consistent attendance.
Demeanor: A friendly, professional, and positive attitude when interacting with clients or team members. Transportation: Must have your own reliable transportation. Attention to Detail: Ability to follow specific checklists and maintain high quality-control standards. Independence: Capable of working efficiently both as part of a team and solo with minimal supervision. |
